The Roadcase card on the order page
The Roadcase card on each Shopify order page shows package status, carrier, tracking number, expected or delivered date and any open problem. On every plan.
In short: Open any order in your Shopify admin and the Roadcase card shows each package on it: its status, carrier and tracking number, the expected or delivered date, and any open problem. Your team sees where a package is without leaving the order. It's on every plan, including Free.
What the card shows
- Status for each package: Not shipped, Label made, In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered, Delivery attempted, Delayed or Delivery failed.
- Carrier and tracking number.
- The date: "Delivered" with the day it arrived, or "Expected" with the day it should arrive. The expected date is your delivery promise for that shipping option, or the carrier's estimate.
- Open problems as warning badges, such as Running late, Stuck in transit or Probably lost.
- Track package, a link to the carrier's tracking page.
- Open in Roadcase, which goes to the Problems page when the order has a problem, and to Home when it doesn't.
An order with several shipments shows each package separately. A paid order that hasn't shipped yet shows as Not shipped; before payment, the card says Roadcase picks the order up once it's paid.
Add the card
If the card isn't on your order pages yet:
- Open any order in your Shopify admin.
- Find the app blocks area of the page and click the three dots, or the Apps button, to manage blocks.
- Add Roadcase shipping. It then shows on every order.
Languages
The card follows your Shopify admin's language and ships in the same 20 languages as the rest of Roadcase. Dates are written the way your admin language writes them. See languages.
