The short version
This website has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no forms. We don't track you from page to page or sell anything about you.
What our host records
Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages keep standard request logs: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We use them only to keep the site running and secure, and they are deleted on a short rolling schedule.
When you email us
If you write to support@musiccitylabs.co or one of our apps' addresses (whittle@, packtally@, roadcase@ or keyholder@musiccitylabs.co), we use your name, address and message only to reply and to help with what you asked. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.
Our Shopify apps
Each app has its own privacy policy that explains exactly what store data it reads, why, how long it keeps it, and how it is deleted when you uninstall:
- Whittle privacy policy
- Packtally publishes its policy before it opens to stores.
Questions
Write to support@musiccitylabs.co and a person will answer. You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.
