Getting started with Roadcase
Set up Roadcase in two minutes: install, answer two questions, and start catching late, stuck and lost packages. A map of every Roadcase feature.
In short: Install Roadcase from the Shopify App Store, answer two questions on the welcome screen, and it starts watching every package your store ships. There are no labels to upload and no carriers to connect: Roadcase reads the tracking Shopify already has.
Set up in two minutes
- Install Roadcase from the Shopify App Store and approve the permissions.
- Tell it who ships. Leave "We pack and ship our own orders" on, or turn it off if a warehouse (3PL) ships for you. Roadcase finds your carriers from your tracking numbers either way.
- Choose how shopper emails go out. To start, you approve each one and get a single email a day listing what's waiting. Turn on "Send them automatically instead" if you'd rather not approve them. You can change this any time on the Emails page.
- Done. Roadcase reads your last 60 days of orders to work out your shipping score and costs. If your store has no recent orders, load 40 sample orders to see every screen; sample emails only go to you.
