Ship today, pick list and address checks
Roadcase's Ship today list shows every order that must go out today, with a pick list, shared packed checkboxes, a 7am email and address checks before shipping.
In short: Ship today lists every paid, unshipped order with the day it must ship to keep your same-day promise, late ones first. It includes a pick list, packed checkboxes your whole team shares, a print button and a 7am email on days with orders to ship.
How the ship day is set
An order paid before your cutoff on a business day ships that day. Set the cutoff hour in Badge and widgets, the same one the delivery estimate uses.
Pick list and packing
- Each order shows its items with photos.
- The pick list totals every product across today's orders.
- Tick Packed as each order is packed. Everyone on your team sees it, and packed orders drop off the pick list.
- Orders leave the list once they're fulfilled in Shopify.
- The 7am email can be turned off in Settings.
Address checks
Before an order ships, Roadcase flags:
- A ZIP code that doesn't match the state.
- A PO box or military address going by UPS or FedEx.
- A street with no house number.
- A missing apartment or unit number.
Warnings show on Ship today and Home. Roadcase doesn't store the address itself.
