Late packages, caught before your shoppers ask

Roadcase watches every package your Shopify store ships, emails shoppers from your own address when one runs late or gets stuck, and shows what shipping really costs you.

What Roadcase does

Most "where is my order?" emails come from packages that are late or stuck with nobody saying so. Roadcase finds them first and tells the shopper for you.

  • Every package, watched

Roadcase reads the tracking already on your Shopify orders and checks every package every 30 minutes. No label uploads, nothing to set up.

  • Shoppers hear it from you first

Late, stuck, missed or lost: Roadcase writes the shopper one clear email about the worst problem. Approve each one, or let them go out on their own.

  • From your own email

Connect Gmail or Outlook, use any address on your domain, or any mail provider. Emails go out from you, with your logo and the order's photos, and replies come straight back.

  • A tracking page on your store

Shoppers follow their package on your store, not the carrier's. For 30 days after delivery a "Didn't get it?" button opens a claim and alerts you.

  • A ship today list

Every order that should go out today, with a pick list, packed checkboxes your whole team shares, a 7am email, and address checks before anything ships.

  • Deadlines and estimates in your theme

Holiday shipping deadlines that skip carrier holidays, a delivery estimate on product pages, and a free shipping bar.

  • Claims that get paid

Lost or damaged? Roadcase lines up the details, writes the message to the carrier, opens their claim page and tracks every claim until the money is back.

  • Where shipping leaks money

What labels cost against what shoppers paid, by carrier and service, plus the products with no weight set. Three moves a month, with the dollars worked out.

  • A carrier scorecard and a badge

On-time rate and transit days for every carrier you use. Stores that ship well earn the Roadcase Approved badge to show on their storefront.

Works whether you pack orders yourself or ship through a 3PL.

Questions merchants ask

How do I cut down "where is my order" emails on Shopify?

Tell shoppers about a problem before they notice it, and give them a tracking page on your own store. Most of these emails come from packages that are late or stuck with no update. By hand, that means checking tracking every day for orders past their expected date and writing to each shopper. Roadcase does both for you.

How can I find late or stuck packages in my Shopify store?

Without an app, you open the tracking on each order one by one. Roadcase checks every package every 30 minutes and lists the late, stuck, missed and lost ones in one place, worst first.

Can shipping emails come from my own email address?

Yes. On Starter and up, Roadcase sends from your Gmail, Outlook, an address on your own domain, or any mail provider, so replies land in your inbox.

How do I show holiday shipping deadlines on my store?

Start from the carriers' published dates in our 2026 holiday shipping deadlines guide, subtract your handling time, and show the result near the add to cart button.

Roadcase adds a holiday deadline block to your theme that shows the last day to order for on-time delivery, skips carrier holidays and hides deadlines once they pass. After a deadline, it can switch to a note that orders placed now may not arrive in time. It's on the free plan.

A package says delivered but the customer didn't get it. What do I do?

Confirm the address on the order, ask the shopper to check around the door, with neighbors and the mailroom, then report it to the carrier. Roadcase's "Didn't get it?" button lets the shopper report it from your tracking page, alerts you, and fills in the carrier message for you.

Am I losing money on shipping?

Compare what each label cost with what the shopper paid for shipping, by carrier and service. Roadcase's leak finder does that from your orders and flags products with no weight set, a common cause of undercharging.

Does Roadcase buy shipping labels?

Not today. It reads the tracking numbers already on your Shopify orders, whatever you use to buy labels or whoever packs them.
