An honest comparison of Shopify order tracking and shipping alert apps: AfterShip, CWILL, Track by Loop, Malomo, TrackingMore and Roadcase, from official pages.
Short answer: Most order tracking apps cover the basics: a branded tracking page, shipping notifications and some kind of delivery estimate. They differ on whether they email shoppers about delays before they ask, whether emails can come from your own address, and whether they help with claims, shipping costs and holiday deadlines. Pick on those differences and on price at your order volume.

Which fits which store
- AfterShip if you want an established platform with very wide carrier coverage and AI delivery estimates.
- CWILL if low cost per order matters most, or you dropship and want features built for it.
- Track by Loop if you already use Loop for returns and want tracking in the same platform.
- Malomo if your shipping messages run through Klaviyo, Attentive or another email and SMS platform.
- TrackingMore if you need many languages or dropshipping features on a budget.

What to check before you install anything
- Price at your real volume, including overage charges in December.
- Whether delay emails are proactive or only status updates.
- Who emails come from: your address builds trust and gets replies to the right inbox.
- Theme fit: whether the tracking page and widgets live inside your theme.
- Data handling: what shopper data the app keeps and for how long.
